    I went to the gym today, remembering to ride the bike first to get my cardio in, and then I did weight training, but very “softly” because of babying my back.
    Remember, never worry about what someone else in the gym is doing. Don’t try to
    use the machines at a higher weight because they are. They may have been doing it for a long, long time, or they may be overdoing it. The secret of the universe is
    lower your weight, and do many repetitions.

    I have to go and drink water!
